Thursday, November 1st - Welcome DayPlease be sure that you have organized a shuttle from the Cancun airport to Tulum. The drive is just under 2 hours, mainly on a major modern highway. You may be able to coordinate this through your hotel, or feel free to contact our travel agent, Diane Inglis (ctmi@event-travel.com), who is more than happy to assist. You can pick up your shuttle just outside of Baggage Claim (but beware of sales reps trying to sell you timeshares!) Check In! If you are going to be in town on Thursday evening, we recommend that you book a dinner reservation somewhere on the strip. We are convening for late night cocktails at 9P at Gitano.

Friday, November 2nd - Dia De Los Muertos Rehearsal Dinner Start your day by enjoying all that Tulum has to offer.We will be meeting shortly after 7:30P for cocktails & dinner at Rosa Negra. Please feel free to dress “festive” and/or Tulum’s “beach chic”. This venue is a short walk or taxi ride away from your hotel, depending where you are staying.

Saturday, November 3rd – The Wedding Party Take another day to relax on the beach in Tulum! Starting at 4P, we have arranged continual shuttle service throughout the evening to and from the wedding venue, Saasil Kantenah. The shuttle will pick up and drop off from the Front Desk at La Zebra Hotel. We will start the wedding ceremony promptly at 5:30 PM, followed by cocktails and a tremendous night of dinner and dancing. It will likely be warm and perhaps a bit windy. We suggest ladies wear summer or maxi dresses, and guys wear whites or light linen suits and sport jackets.
